Excellent location (Ottakring), walkable distance to many public transports.

The bed was comfortable and the sheets and the towels were cleaned.
Close to the bus stop. Corresponding to the pictures.
When we received the confirmation email after booking we received a link to upload our datas and received the code for the keys. We saved everything on the mobile phone.
When we arrived at the address for the checkin, the code was not working. We had to contact the host that told us that they changed the code in between...
It was cold when we arrived at the apartment. We had to turn on the 2 small electrical rectangles hanged on the wall who play the role of heaters. It took more than 24 hours to warm the room from 18 to 22 degrees.
The bathroom tray furniture was dirty. Under the furniture it was dirty. The kitchenette had insects (ants).
