The staff went out of their way to ensure our stay exceeded our expectations. The convenience of having a laundry facility in the hotel was such a unexpected surprise! Christina went out of her way to give us an evening to enjoy while we gathered together to play a game in the lobby area. She was so accommodating and generous with her time and other amenities. We will definitely be recommending the Wayfinder Newport to everyone!
It would have been nice to have a small microwave in our room so we could heat up some leftovers we had.

Large nice room with balcony, quiet and greenery around. Large free car park. Restaurant and coffee on site. Close to shops and Newport area.
Bad ratio price VS service. Little noisy AC. Room service not done for 2 days, without reason. Unable to provide the final bild at the end of the stay. We extend the stay for 1 night in the same room, price at phone was 278 $ but finally invoiced at 309 $ plus tax. No discussion we had to pay the requested amount. Not really happy about customer consideration. We spend more than 3000 $ in total.

The breakfast and restaurant overall was really good!
The rooms were quite dark. The place could use an update and for the price it just was not what it should have been.
