The hotel was stunning. Comfortable beds and pillows. Loved the Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. Lovely big shower and spacious bathroom with fresh flowers.
The hotel was very quiet, no banging doors late at night etc.
Loved the honesty bar as well and relaxed atmosphere.
The location was excellent for exploring Arenal and Triana
There wasn't really anything to fault. The only problem which was a tiny issue, there was no socket near a mirror for hair straighteners, but this would not put me off staying again

The location is great, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast room is fantastic. I felt a very warm and welcoming atmosphere during my stay at the hotel, and I’ll definitely stay there again next time.
The only minor issue was that the room along the hallway is a little noisy.

Loved the fresh flowers in the bathroom. Living plants and anti rooms throughout the property. Roof top pool.
No fridge facilities, very basic coffee.
