The hotel has a convenient location in Seville, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant.
Unfortunately, on the morning of my departure, after a three-night stay, I discovered what appeared to be a bed bug crawling on my arm while packing my luggage.
I photographed the insect, and its appearance was consistent with a bed bug. This was extremely concerning, particularly because I was about to travel home and now have to take precautions to avoid potentially bringing bed bugs into my house.
I reported the incident to the hotel and requested an investigation and appropriate compensation.
This experience significantly affected my overall impression of the stay.

Beautiful and stylish hotel with amazing decor. Everything was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect, right in the city center and close to everything.
The room was a bit small, and there was no closet.

The best thing was the location, right in front of Geraldia. The biggest problem was that the staff are not at the facility at all times and you have to arrange the time of your arrival. There was no coffee maker, only an electric kettle. The fridge was tiny with no freezer. There was no safety box, either. For one night it was OK, but in case someone needs a longer stay, I think it might be uncomfortable.
