You’ll find a beautiful 1-room apartment, approximately 45 m², on the 2nd floor—modern yet incredibly cozy—with an elevator, a large balcony, and a magnificent view of the mountains. In just a 3-minute walk, you can reach the main train station and bus station, as well as downtown Garmisch with its shops, cafés, and restaurants; or take a 10-minute walk to the Hausberg ski and hiking area (ski lift, mountain railway).

A great location in the center of Garmisch, next to the Partnach River. Nice balcony, beautiful alpine view, convenient parking and walkable shopping and dining. We would definitely stay again!
