The location is great. It's a short walking distance to downtown, grocery store, attractions, bus and train. We were pleasantly surprised. Despite being an older building, we were impressed how quiet it was. We loved it was very close to the Tesco so we could get some food supplies for the morning and our all-day tour.

Close to town centre and Bught Park. Had car parking. Clean but basic.
Found the gentleman in charge rather abrupt and dismissive. Paid extra for breakfast said what we wanted, which was less than was offered, and he appeared very surprised by this, but there was no point in him giving us food that we were not going to eat! He also served up our scrambled eggs before we had finished our cereal therefore the eggs were cold, he just pushed them onto the table. Coffee was lukewarm. On the Saturday night there were very noisy guests in one of the other rooms so it was around 1 before I could get to sleep.

The room was clean, the bed was comfy and it was in an ideal location for us to attend the marathon event over the weekend!"
