Good room on the 6th floor. I am glad that I booked the Superior room as we had a lot of luggage we needed space for. The room had all the listed amenities and it was very quiet. A/C worked fine, service was good. Did not try the breakfast buffet. The best part for us, very close to Meguro station, which has the Yamanote line, providing easy access to popular places like Shibuya and Shinjuku.

Excellent staff and a 5-minute walk from Meguro station - Yamanote line.
Nice amenities and coffee in the lobby.
1. Breakfast selection was rather basic.
2. Public restroom in the basement and elevator does not operate down to the basement. Stairs to the basement and basement could be cleaner.
3. Smell of cigarettes appears to come from the back of the dining area.

Easy to access.
Didn’t clean up the room. And people in the front desk are not friendly much.
