The property, its facilities and rooms were superb. The swimming pools were sumptuous and great for our baby and the deck chairs relaxing and the poolside service very attentive. Our room and its cleanliness, in-room facilities everything we could have wanted. Above all however we loved the staff. At the Paleta restaurant, our favorite lunch place we were always well taken care off and the staff in particular were kind and helpful to us and our 9 month old daughter. Everyone from Bell boys to desk staff were kind and helpful.
We were a bit surprise dby how expensive the food and beverage side of things were. At $12 capucino at the in hotel coffee shop made the most rapacious NYC cafe look good value. The restaurants while all good were also priced at a premium to major US cities which gave me the sense that Hilton was exploiting the relative remoteness of the hotel. This was cooroborated by the fact that a superb meal at a high end restaurant in nearby Punta de Mita was essentially less than half the price of its Conrad equivalent. Maybe this is something management may wish to review.

Clean , rooms were wonderful and spacious. Access to the beach is easy and you can walk at least 4 miles safely along it.
Easy to get into town by hotel transport
Really hard to come up with something we didn’t like.

rooms were great. facilities were beautiful and very clean. the design was great, and everything was so pretty. GREAT breakfast buffet
IMPOSSIBLE to get a chair by the pool. most high end resorts crack down on chair saving but not here. every chair is gone by 8am and people don’t return for hours.
the food is subpar. it’s just mediocre and the food is much better off property. the service is also slow in many of the places
