The location was superb. We enjoyed the view from the flat, and walking on the river path towards the centre. Bad weather prevented a longer, planned walk to Iffley.
It was very easy to access the town centre, Tesco Express and Sainsbury's, and we enjoyed some great meals out at the Head of the River at Folly Bridge.
We appreciated the number of lights and sockets available to use chargers for devices, and the provision of extra heating for colder weather. And that the television was relatively easy to use.
There was good hanging space for clothes, and a reasonable amount of drawer space.
The kitchen was well equipped for self-catering.
The dining table and chairs were great, we enjoyed eating at the table.
Very impressed by the amazing selection of books on the bookshelves!
The kitchen cupboards and sink area were not clean, there were streaks of liquid on the cupboard doors and the draining rack needed a good wash, but there were no cleaning cloths for me to try to improve it. We had to leave it as we found, which seemed to satisfy the owner. However, suggest the kitchen is thoroughly cleaned.
The bathroom area is very small and difficult to navigate. However, everything here was clean and functioning, so we managed. The towels provided were adequate but looked old and felt quite rough.
The sofa chairs seemed worn and were not good for our backs.
The bottom drawer in the chest of drawers was sometimes difficult to pull out, it brought the whole unit with it.

Close to the center, nice view
We had a very present/loud neighbour. The shower was too small, bed was too small and the extra bed was totally not comfortable.
