Attentive and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast buffet.
Dining room food was good but not great.

The location (Lavington) is near the center of Nairobi, easily accessible by taxi and perfect to discover the city.
The room was in fact a complete suite with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a balcony at an unbeatable rate

Full size pool. Quiet.
Service levels have declined over my last 10 stays. Room was no readied properly, full of mosquitos with net not in place over bed. Air con broken on first night with maintenance not available until next day. House keeping and reception both accidentally woke me up in the morning early. Etc.
