Size of the room and living space. Total ambience, cleanliness and support of staff
Housekeeping was not timely

Convenient location. Helpful staff.
Feels a little dated. Lounge furniture and the windows need reinforcing for wind and noise etc. The rattle is wild. Very noisy construction was happening every day and although we were on 5th floor it was like we were right in it. Breakfast wasn't great. Only went once then had to find alternative rest of stay.

The room was big.
The property itself I felt like the maintenance could have a little bit more improvement.. our hallway light was out.. So fine in our room at night time was pretty difficult. There is no AC.
Rooftop bar was closed. I waited over an hour for my steak dinner. I will never stay here again!
