Perfect location. Wonderful staff.
We asked for a room close to each other but ended up on the same floor but yet very far on 2 different wing.

I loved the location, and the view from our room was superb. Having direct access to Bagatelle Mall from the hotel was also a great advantage.
There was a strong smell of smoke just outside our room entrance, which was quite unpleasant.

The property is very close to the mall making it easy for touring around the place.
To include tours to the resorts, such as day visit

Location, Rooms were well chilled, Shower had good pressure. Breakfast chef who cooked the eggs was the most productive of all the staff.
Check in staff to young, no customer service skills. Breakfast is not for international visitors, more for Muslims- No Pork or Beef - Just chicken ham and chicken sausages. The hotel should not shown prejudice towards 90% of the guests - Very few Muslims have Breakfast at the Viola during the week. Floors in the corridors had dirty marks. There is only 1 small coffee machine and a poor selection of juices.
