The breakfat was more less the same every day you might need to save different varieties of food.

The supervisor who was on duty from Thursday to weekend I didn’t get his name but he was amazing . Together with supervisor of housekeeping who was on duty on 27/10/2026 upstairs first floor. Also a Cameron lady she cleans the room very very well she deserves bonus.

The greatest asset of the hotel was undoubtedly its staff, who were exceptionally kind, warm, helpful, and always smiling. Every member of the team went out of their way to ensure that guests felt comfortable and special. Their friendliness and genuine commitment could be felt at every turn, making the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was of a high standard, from the welcoming atmosphere to the quality of service. It is a charming, intimate hotel that I would gladly return to.

The food was tasty, and there was always something to choose from, so nobody went hungry. However, after a few days, the meals became somewhat monotonous, and there was a lack of greater variety. The food offering has potential, but it could be more diverse. It was a shame that apples were offered more often than fresh mangoes and other local exotic fruits, especially on an island as rich in tropical fruits as Mauritius. I think offering more local exotic fruits would be an interesting addition and an extra attraction for European guests, who would be happy to try them. Overall, the food was good and sufficient, but greater variety in the fruit selection, with a stronger focus on local produce, would definitely enrich the offering.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer. Zimmer und Anlage ist sehr sauber. Das Essen war schmackhaft. Die Mitarbeiter waren Topp, sie waren immer bemüht, das sich der Gast wohlfühlt. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist leider den Preis nicht wert.

Ich habe es schon oft erlebt, das die Zimmer über eine Buchungsplattform immer die Zimmer sind, die keiner freiwillig buchen würde. Auch in diesem Hotel stimmt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis leider garnicht. Zudem rate ich von einem Inklusivpaket absolut ab. Gleich am 1. Tag der Buchung hieß es," das ist nicht in Ihrem Packet enthalten" zum 1. zum 2. und zum dritten - das war eine Tasse Kaffee, bevor es mir den Aufenthalt verdarb musste ich es ansprechen, denn auf einen eingerahmten Flyer wurde ich bei der Buchung auf Einschränkungen nicht hingewiesen, denn dann hätte ich mich dagegen entschieden. Zumindest gabs ab da, nachmittags 2 Std. "Kaffee free".

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

ACHTUNG! Die Kosten für ein AI Paket sind es auf keinen Fall wert, denn es ist kein AI, die Information dazu bekommt man jedoch nicht beim Kauf des Pakets! !!!Der Witz war, nicht einmal eine Tasse Kaffee ist in dem Paket enthalten!!! Reinigungen um den Pool werden zu Zeiten ausgeführt, an diesen man gerne am Pool liegen würde. Und verschiedene Kleinigkeiten, die in der Summe dazu beitragen, die Unterkunft nicht mehr zu buchen.
