We spend 8 nights at Casa de la Luz and it was perfect. Our room was exactly like the pictures, clean and comfortable (housekeeping made sure everything was very clean and tidy when we returned from a day out and about). The breakfast was plentiful, and all the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. The location was great. An easy walk to the Zocalo where there is so much to do. You are in a very busy area, but it is very quiet at night so you can get a good night's sleep in the very comfortable bed. Do not miss visiting the roof top restaurant, Tezontle. The food is amazing and so is the staff. Vicente and Sergio took very good care of us. We ended up having dinner there 4 nights.
This was a perfect stay

Great location, staff and breakfast.

Very well located, close to zocalo & museums. Nice decor. Comfortable. Lovely bathroom products
Great restaurant
Staff were friendly & accomodating
There were no towel racks in the bathroom only 1 hook. No where to hang used towels & robes making it difficult to be eco friendly.
2 small water bottles for 2 people
Maybe a water fountain to refill bottles?

Great staff;great room and location and a great value
Open air through all floors is nice during the day but could hear people talking at 6am on. They can’t do anything about it so just relaxed and got use to it.
