It's beautiful and quiet! The staff is friendly and always available. We had laundry done and it was returned to us very quickly. It's wonderful. We highly recommend it.
The shower leaks through the sliding doors, but this could be fixed. If you get a room like this, just start with a low trickle of water to get things going and close the door behind you. We also put down an extra towel to catch the runoff. Otherwise, the shower was comfortable and we had no issues with hot water at all.

I appreciated that the property was right around the corner from the Zocalo (central) plaza and most importantly that the main entrance doors were always locked and could only be accessed by the guests from the hotel. Thus provided me with a sense of safety that is highly important when visiting a new city.
Nothing everything was amazing!

Location. Quiet.
Limited and unpredictable kitchen but many places to eat nearby.
