The location couldn't be any more ideal for exploring the old town, Wavel and the Jewish quarter. Ideally situated for restaurants, small shops and the main attractions on a fully pedestrianised part of the street.
All communications from Kasia were first class with nothing left to chance.
Not an issue for us (but might be for some others) is that the particular apartment we had is on the third floor, so a bit of a climb!

Everything with the apartment was great from ease of getting from the airport to the front door. The host kasia was great sent lots of messages to keep upto date with the time that the apartment would be ready for us to check into. She sent me links to a few places which we could use to keep our luggage if the apartment wasn't ready for us but had not issues as I got a message when in the airport to say everything was ready and could check in any time. Sent lots of photos of where we could find the front door which lead into the apartment block and where the lock box was located and the two codes which were needed to get the keys and to use the door into the apartment block if it was closed. Kasia left some sweets and snacks which was a great touch and a few bottles of water for us to use. The apartment had everything we could have needed. The location was great to in the center of the old town and found that we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to see.
A little noisy at night time as the location is in the middle of the old town but nothing that would put me off from staying again

The apartment was in the city center, a little grocery store right next door. Apartment is spacious and clean.
The beginning of our stay was good, the host meet us, we arrived around 1 am. So in this part everything was great.
The host has a remote control of heating. During the time when we stayed in the apartment host would just constantly turn off the heating and turn it on only when I will text and ask... So it was freezing cold inside of the apartment. In the end of our stay we got sick.
The wifi connection was poor as well, some days I wasn't even able to have a video call.
