It was right beside the Tube. Walk out the door and there it is! The room was clean, toiletries provided - including hand lotion! Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bottled water and tea/coffee facilities. Sockets beside bed. TV. If you are in London and looking for a clean and comfortable room, it's perfect. With the proximity to metro, distance from various landmarks isn't an issue. Would definitely stay here again.
There were no instructions on how to use the safe - but a member of staff demonstrated when we asked, and came back again when we forgot the next day! Some might find the room small if travelling with lots of luggage and spending a lot of time in it but for us it was perfect.

Staff, location and hotel were great. It was amazing value for money and honestly pretty much exactly what I was hoping for. I would happily return. The proximity to the station and the mall did it for me!
The only thing I can fault was the bed. The mattress probably needed to be replaced and wasn't very comfortable. That really is the only thing I could fault.
