Lovely breakfast. Wonderful staff
Room was a tad small and tv rubbish ,and the toilet in the strange capsule bathroom felt like it may fall off the wall every time you sat on it.

Clean stay in West London with great access to transport and shopping. Hotel is easy walking distance to tube stations, buses, Westfield, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets. Checked in early and had somewhere to store luggage so could come back later when the room was ready
Breakfast wasn't included in the price but there are so many nearby options for breakfast outside.

Staff were friendly which certainly helped as a female solo traveller. I was fortunate to get an early check-in, which I understand isn't always possible, but it was a nice bonus and the staff were happy to accommodate me. The location is good too. I went for a gig at the 02 Shepherd's Bush and it was a ten minute walk away. Breakfast was nice and the room was a good size.
I don't really have any complaints! It was good value for money and I would visit again.

Staff were pleasant.
Too warm in the room, bathroom door squeaks very loudly on closing, beds weren’t comfortable, TV was poor, not enough sockets in the right places, had to ask for a bathmat and extra towel even though it was booked for two people and the bathroom felt like a caravan.
