We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Japan. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming, and everything exceeded our expectations. Every member of the staff was exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful, from the reception team to the housekeeping staff. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.
The additional services and thoughtful little extras made the experience even more special and enjoyable. Everything was well organised, and the attention to detail was remarkable.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. A truly wonderful hotel with an outstanding team that makes all the difference. Highly recommended!
Everything was great!

The room was very spacious and it was fantastic to have facilities to wash our clothes.
The only thing is the automatic light when you use the bathroom at night but its good to see where you're going, just wakes up other guests. Not sure there's a solution to that

Friendly staff, clean room, laundry, location was perfect!
The guest next door was having a party at night so it was very noisy.
