Location is fantastic. Check in is simple, you only need to send in advance the information required to its email, which is clearly explained in the welcome message. The room is very comfortable and spacious, and the fact that you enter through the bathroom didn't really bother me. Also there was a small problem with the water draining of the sink and it was solved in a few hours, and the administration gives some nice tips about plans and luggage storing options, which I think are nice details.
The window can't ge opened (or I didn't figure out how to do it), but I never felt the air steady so it was not really a problem.

•Location is fantastic, second to none.
•The staff are super quick to respond to messages
• Comfy bed, good shower pressure
• Clean and tidy, with everything you need for a few nights stay
•Great value for money, basic but comfortable and central
• I felt the term "guesthouse" implied there would be some sort of reception on site, but there isn't
• The entrance lobby area isn't very welcoming (as you enter the apartment, not the main building) and could do with a freshen up
• The fridge in the room did not work
