Fabulous location
Some aspects of the property are a little tired and unclean.

Perfect for what we wanted, local accomodation night before a wedding.
Cobwebs that could easily have been cleaned away, some higher up would have taken more effort but doable and in the light fitting. Shower water ran cold after 2 showers 3rd was just doable 4th not.
Broken coffee machine not much coffee tea in room 4 of us stayed in accomodation for 6.

The location was great.
There was mould in the shower, which was in a very small bathroom. There was nowhere to hang clothes. (We were going out to a formal dinner).
There was a small heater (noisy) provided to help warm the room. The furniture nneds some TLC.
The parking would benefit from being a little closer. Although we were back at the hotel by 10pm we needed to use the back door and security code to get in on a Saturday night.
There was nobody on the front desk both when we arrived and when we wanted to checkout.
