Amazing traditional breakfast. Huge spread of options.
It is expensive, but you get what you pay for so I'm not sure this is a negative. Maybe the best stay I've had anywhere. First time in a ryokan and onsen and we had a great experience.

The lobby and the public bath were awesome. Additionally the free parking was great. At the checkout the receptionist was super kind and even waived us goodbye. That was soooo sweet! We loved his enthusiasm!
Poor value for the price we paid! The employees couldn’t speak English, we have had to pay an additional high fee for breakfast. The room had a bad smell from the beginning of our stay.
