This was a very nice Home 2 Suites in Biltmore Village outside Asheville. We love this brand. Spacious room and lovely lobby, facilities, etc.
REALLY irritated that we had reserved through a third party in February. Got a message midday that the card used to reserve was no longer valid and our reservation may be cancelled. Called the hotel, spoke to David and was assured that "all is well, we will see you soon". Arrived at 6:00 pm after David was off and found that our reservation HAD been cancelled and could be rebooked but only for $60 more than the original price! Shameful!

You needto offer bacon more. Mattresses were a little uncomfortable. Breakfast needs to be offered until eleven instead of having to set a clock to get breakfast. Need to fix other elevator.The only elevator that worked stalled and had to wait til it started working again before I could leave.

The room was ok.
The location was very hard to get to. Staff was extremely rude. Parking was a nightmare. Lobby and check in on 2nd floor.
