Incredibly nice hotel, a bit far from the airport, but it had everything we needed, and everything was of great quality.
Very nice and diverse food, our kids loved the playgrounds and water slides, very decent spa with proper sauna.
Unfortunately, we had some health emergency, and hotel's doctor called an ambulance. The hospital, to which we were delivered, was Lara Anatolia Private Hospital, which is "famous" for its awful service and predatory price policies.
The hotel itself is amazing, but they need to change their hospital partnership.

The hotel was beyond our expectations. W had one of the best holiday thanks to amazing staff and amazing hospitality. Everyone was perfect and for sure we will come back next year. Highly recommend from family with kids!!!!
Everything was perfect. No complaints

The room itself was modern and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely lovely, especially the guy at the towel booth. what stood out most was how clean everything was, amazing and hardworking people work there.
Asked for a quiet, side sea view room before arrival and again at check in. Got extreme noise instead, a playground blasting music all day under the balcony and a neighbour hotel doing the same every night till midnight. I paid £100 extra (!!) for a side sea view and got a tree view.......... Also kids on full volume cartoons and games EVERYWHERE (beach, restaurant etc) with zero staff intervention annoyed us A LOT. plus the beach that was small and not as clean as it should've been, people smoke there too.
For the price, and what was promised - pretty disappointing.
