Accommodation & Proximity: We booked 4 rooms and requested to be placed close to each other, which the resort managed to arrange smoothly.
Early Arrival & Late Departure Flexibility: Early check-in went very well—we left our luggage safely and went straight to enjoy the sea. On our departure day, despite a late flight, we were allowed to use all resort services until we left, which was a huge bonus!
Cleanliness & Hospitality: The resort was clean overall, and the staff left a very warm, good impression.
Food Variety: The food was decent and offered good variety throughout our stay.
Sunbed Reservation Issue: Sunbeds were often claimed early in the morning with towels—sometimes by guests who didn't show up for hours—making it very difficult to find a spot.
Beach Bar Operating Hours: The beach bar opened a bit late and closed too early. It would be much better if guests could enjoy a coffee by the sea without having to carry it all the way from the main restaurant.
Language Barrier: English proficiency was quite limited. Aside from the reception team and a few individual bar staff members who spoke English, most of the staff only spoke Russian, making requests difficult to communicate.
Buffet Queues: There were occasionally long queues for food on certain days, though this is somewhat expected at all-inclusive resorts.
