Rhi when we arrived was exceptionally good and made us feel very welcome. Parking was great. Location very good for Raglan Castle visit and Raglan Golf Club. Room was a good size. Quirky / historical nature of the building very enjoyable.
Hard to get a drink / coffee at the bar on arrival and felt unfriendly so we left and went somewhere else. Dark reception / stairs area. Squeaky / creaky floorboards above us and noise went on for hours (which we understand because it's an old property). Surly service at breakfast. Dirty areas in the shower tray.

Overall was lovely
Had a phone call at 3.30pm saying there would be no full English breakfast as having a new floor laid in kitchen.
