The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. Breakfast offered a good variety, and everything I tried tasted great. The historic building made my stay especially memorable; sipping coffee on my room’s balcony, which Munch once painted, was a real pleasure.
I also appreciated the thoughtful details throughout the hotel, from the complimentary treats in the entrance area to the Nespresso machine in the room and the elegant glasses and mugs.
The lobby is quite small, and there is also limited space in the rooms for suitcases. I understand these limitations may be difficult to address in a historic building.

Staff was super friendly from the very beginning and always looking for us to have a great time. Hotel is excellently located in one of Paris most beautiful neighborhoods.
Nothing punctual, just room was too small, luggage could not be displayed on the room/floor but only above the bed. Maybe a luggage holder would be appropriate for these kind of rooms.

The location was fantastic, close to mont matre side as well as galleries Lafayette.
Breakfast was a decent spread for a city hotel.
I spent an extra 40 quid to upgrade to a suite, because the ‘superior’ room was a tiny cubicle. That being said, the upgrade was definitely worth it.

The hotel's location is good and the staff are friendly. The room is also clean.
The breakfast was really poor. Although my reservation was supposed to include an airport transfer, they informed me the day before my flight that there would be an extra charge—and the price was double that of a taxi. This was a huge disappointment. The price-to-service ratio is unbalanced; you could stay in a much better place for the same price.
