The staff was very friendly and attentive. Nadia at reception was great. Nice room, good lighting, comfortable bed. Clean. Sauna and indoor pool were nice and not too crowded.Good gym, always fresh fruit there. Water refill stations on every floor. Location was good. Close to restaurants and bus stop, a short walk to the ferry.
Cleaning of the room was very late. Sometimes we came back from a trip around 3 and the room still wasn't done. No environmental concept. Hung up towels were taken every day. They took both big towels on day one and only replaced one even though it was obvious that there were 2 people in the room.
Breakfast was a little disappointing. The scrambled eggs were not good. The vegetables were missing some seasoning. More unhealthy options than healthy ones and basically the same every day except for alternating sweet stuff. Have had much better breakfast at other hotels.

This place is awesome. I arrange pickup from the airport via Booking.com chat and it worked flawlessly. Once at the hotel, we found it to be very tastefully styled, from the lobby to the rooms and the restaurant.
All staff was super friendly, especially the service staff at the breakfast rastaurant. Albeit not too big the staff took care that the breakfast never felt crowded,everything was refilled vefore anything could get empty.
The pool area on the roof is quite nice as well, also being served by the restaurant. The room had a small but nice balcony and was very clean. The bed was comfortable and a nice air condition. The gym offers not only nice and new / modern machines and raw weights, it also has a good air condition as well as fresh fruits and water. Great :)
The location is in walking distance of the bus stops and with the bus its easy to get around. 2,5 € by credit card take you basically everywhere on Malta within 50 minutes.
Also walking distance to the „beaches“ (just rocks, but ladders to get into the water) and lots of restaurants. Supermarket also nearby.
Finally, free coffee (capsule machine) in the lobby 24/7. we enjoyed pur stay and will surely come back to this place when we come back to Malta.

A very good hotel. It is beautiful, tasteful, and clean, located in a great spot, and offers a good breakfast. But its greatest asset is the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. I have never stayed in a hotel with such an international team—there were truly people from all corners of the globe. Yet, every single one of them was wonderful and kind. Everyone was incredibly friendly. It was a truly great place to stay! Thank you very much.
Unfortunately, the view from the window is dismal; you can literally see right into the neighboring apartment. There was also construction work going on next door.
