Location excellent. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
Would have been good to have tea/coffee making facilities in room ..Ideal for our one night stay before starting our cruise.

The location was excellent, right next to a bus stop on the sea front, ferry across to Valetta was a 5minute walk, plenty shops & restaurants near by! Location could not have been better!
It was quite dark inside the room, we didn’t have a balcony

The hotel was well located and reception staff were courteous.
My single room was like a prison cell with very limited. Natural light. I attempted to upgrade to a larger room. When this was available a lady kept knocking my door (despite the do not disturb sign being present) stating that the room was ready and I needed to move now despite not previously giving a time frame. Both rooms were very outdated and cleanliness was not great. I noticed several pubic hairs in both rooms. I was also shouted at by another member of staff for using the lift outside my room. I was also not made aware at any point that there was a roof terrace.
