The hotel is very well located, handy to bus-stops, shops etc.
While the staff were friendly and helpful, they need a bit more training to help travellers.
For example, I booked a ticket for the High Speed Rail to Taipei my own. When I asked them about the nearest pick up point, the front desk directed me to some place about 20 minutes away. In fact the 7/11 across the road was the nearest point!

The room was very nice and spacious. The location was great, close to all kinds of shops including the asakusa shopping district.
Because of the language barrier it was a little difficult to get directions from the staff.

Good location for walking around the downtown but very far from the HSR
Understaffed and poorly trained front desk
