In short - fantastic stay. My wife and I had a great time at the hotel. We visited the hotel at the end of the season, so our impressions might be different than others, but here's what we loved: people working at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful all the time. Our room (with jacuzzi) was awesome, beautifully designed and had enough space for everything, very clean, sometimes even cleaned twice a day. Food was excellent, every meal was very yummy. There weren't many people all in all, which was definitely a plus. No loud music, no visibly drunk guests - everything was class.
If I really have to select one thing that I think it could be improved is coffee. I didn't really like coffee that was served during breakfasts - which is fine, because people like to have it differently and have different preferences. However it felt like the same coffee tasted vastly different from one day to another. Either way - this definitely not affect my overall great stay at this hotel.

Great location by the sea - was upgraded to a room in the EESO which was lovely
Food options were limited and not the quality that i would expect of a 5 star hotel

Comfortable, clean, nice design, quiet and relaxing. Service is excellent. Breakfast also top!
Maybe a parking lot for guests is the only thing missing.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The bed was very comfortable. A courtesy room was offered to us to wash up after we had checked out before our late flight.
The bathroom was old, toilet looked outdated, visible damage in the shower area. Showerhead was abysmal - water pressure was so bad. Outdoor pool area facilities (hammock, lounger) were musty, smelly and not cleaned prior to arrival. We stayed for 2 nights and since we checked in, we wanted a spa session and there was no availability even though it looked empty most of the time.
