Location near the beach, beautiful hotel, good food, friendly staff. Thy also take care for bunch of 'hotel' cats ;-)
Located a little far away from the nearest city, need a taxi or rent a car to go anywhere. But I think rent a car is a must to explore Kreta.

Staff were very polite, drinks all inclusive were great.
Varied choice and selection of food.
Loungers always available,
Gym and animation program was very good.
Nothing worth noting
8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
property had a nice cite with options of spa treatment, rich bufffe meals when needed and a good gim which enabled me to enjoy the facilities and travel around by my car, enjoy crete and have a good place to return to.
The cite isn't prepared for rainy days, pools are outside. if you encounter rainy days like I did, it misses some indoor options like a hot tub or indoor pool.
Also, my room toilet had annoing ceiling water leak and the staff didn't take care of it for 2 days as should or offer me to change a room for that matter.
