Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Donatella, Caroline, and the entire staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Florence.
Our room was wonderful, with a beautiful view of the Duomo. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was nice.
Having an elevator was definitely a big plus, especially when carrying luggage. The minibar was also well stocked with a great selection of delicious snacks and treats.
Although breakfast is not included, there is a fantastic place just around the corner called La Loggia degli Albizi, which I highly recommend for breakfast.
The only thing that could use a little improvement is the Wi-Fi.
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel, especially this particular room, to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable and wonderful experience in Florence. We would definitely stay here again!

Central location with easy access to restaurants and attractions. We were supplied with lots of snacks and some soft drinks + water daily which was much appreciated.
Our room was very dark and we needed to have lights on all the time.
