No daily housekeeping. The A/C wasn’t very effective at cooling the room (likely due to the high ceilings and historic building). For some reason there were always mosquitoes in the room. The shower drain was clogged so we had to ask for someone to fix it (they do ask that you check that everything works as soon as you get to the room because they don’t have staff on site 24/7). While the restroom was big, the shower was pretty small. Limited timeframe for check-in, 3pm to 6pm and by appointment only; outside of those hours for a fee. Additional fee to store luggage. There’s a bar across the street so it was pretty loud at night despite the modern windows.

Comfortable apartment, so easy to walk around so a great affordable apartment for a central location!
It was so noisy every night. There is a bar across the road and people were up partying and screaming till 5am each night! It was so hard to sleep. Just keep that in mind if you aren’t partying yourself.

Location is excellent. Room was huge. Bed was comfortable.
The shower was dirty. There was a used towel behind the door when we arrived. There was a colony of dust bunnies under the bed. The place had a hostel feel, every thing seemed worn out.

The location is really good! The property is right next to Teatro Verdi, everything is within walking distance, and there’s also a bus stop nearby.
The room itself was nice and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and I really liked the high ceilings. The apartment is on the first floor, but it’s quite a high first floor, so you still have to climb three flights of stairs. Something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with heavy luggage.
There were no mosquito screens on the windows, and unfortunately, there were quite a lot of mosquitoes.
The bathroom was spacious, but the shower cabin itself was extremely small. It was particularly uncomfortable for my mom, and I think larger people would definitely struggle to shower comfortably.
