Everything about our stay was very comfortable - right from the staff behaviour to the ease of checkout. Specifically, I really liked the sustainability focus. Room was clean, comfortable and loved the silence :)
Special call out to Akanksha at the front desk - I had some trouble with the reservation details entered in Booking.com and she helped sort it out quickly.
Cannot think of any.

The property features an excellent layout with great natural ventilation and high-quality construction throughout
Poor bathroom drainage resulted in water overflowing and leaking right up to the main door, making the stay very uncomfortable

Service, hospitality and feel good factor
Housekeeping after shower water took some time to clear.

Good location
Nice pool and poolside area
There is a smell in the room. Room smelled off for duration of stay. I don’t know how you can call this a 5 star hotel when the A/C vent is clogged with dirt. See picture.
Charging almost 3.000 for a buffet is exceptionally steep, with the food being exceptionally mediocre
Check in was inefficient and took too long
The room was dated, chipped paint etc
I did not like this hotel and do not think it can call itself 5 star by any means
