The hotel is good, the location is good. Clean and comfortable.
The staff of a mix .. some very courteous and some not as much. The entrance staff was always very respectful.. the dining area not as much.
There is no communication. I had pinged multiple times about a late check-out before landing. I had to again ask during check in and then again that evening they still did not have an answer. The next morning again I had to ask. It felt like I was begging for a late check-out permission. Which did not feel good to me. Finally they allowed me like it was a huge effort on their part. I had informed multiple times that my flight was much later in the evening and I did need a place to freshen up before leaving.
During breakfast I had requested for a juice and waited for 30 mins plus n finally left without getting it. The attention wasn't like what we have experienced at other Hyatt properties.
The lunch also I had to pay full price without the discount I had eligible on F&B cos of my level on booking since they said the check-out time was passed and since i wasn't a staying customer anymore i could not be eligible for. Which felt ridiculous as I paid for my stay and have earned my level of discount over time.

Location
- stale smell as we checked into the room
- glass partition between bathroom and room meant privacy compromise and light disturbance in whole room
- small anti slip mat in shower area with larger area being very slipper. No hand shower in shower area
- no support rod in shower area
- over bearing staff in the Pune 14 restaurant that didn’t seem to communicate with each other
