The room was great and matched exactly the photos on booking. We had sea views and castle views from our superior suite. The little patio with the room was lovely even if the weather didn't always let us use it. Excellent breakfast, all the staff we met were very nice. Comfy bed, Netflix. Would recommend, and we'll be back.
Nothing. Although it didn't affect us, there are a lot of steps up and down for anyone with mobility issues.

The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection and excellent quality.
Unfortunately, my experience was negatively affected by one male staff member. His attitude was rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional, which made the interaction very unpleasant.
I want to be clear that this review is not directed at the entire hotel staff, but specifically at this individual. Guests should be treated with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, that was not my experience with him.
