Great Location right in the middle of Monemvasia.
The included Breakfast is wonderful and the staff was very helpful.
Though they gave directions on where to meet to get the key, they could have been a little more clear on the fact that the meeting location is NOT where the Apartment was located.

Not the first time staying in the castle since we visit a few times a year. It’s very charming and typical to the castle .
Although they want to keep the originality of the castle the owners of the properties need to petition tge municipality to improve certain things for safety such as need to put better lighting in the passages , fix the cobble stone , steps .
As for tge properties themselves fix the washrooms . Very outdated. They can improve without compromising the original cachet . It’s too bad . Over the years there should have been improvements by now . The region is wonderful and could bring more visitors.

We loved our stay in Monemvasia, even though the weather was windy and sea was rough. We checked in at the reception and our bags were taken to Ritsos guesthouse. Our studio had a lovely sea view and local view from the balcony. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good with lots of choice.
You need to be fit to walk up and down stairs and cobblestones but we knew this before we arrived.
The bed was a bit too soft but this is personal preference.
