This charming hotel was in an excellent location close to the Gare du Nord and the Gare de l'Est. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially to our small grandson. Rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable.
The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and cafes but there is a very good brasserie in the hotel. Breakfast was also delicious

Staff were so friendly, we had an early check in and late check out. Nothing was a problem. It’s a bustling area but even on the first floor the room was quiet. It was clean, comfortable and very well presented. We loved the location too. Close to the train station and so many amazing restaurants, not touristy at all but a short walk to the Marais

The welcome and the staff were amazing. The fact that it was attached to a four star restaurant was great. We will welcomed in immediately without a reservation when they learned what you were staying at though hotel.
just be aware that there is no elevator. However, I can’t complain because they carried our bags up three flights of stairs. I felt bad since I’m a heavy packer but no complaints from them at all.
