The hotel had a fun modern design which was carried through to the rooms. The location was literally opposite the Eurostar station so extremely convenient.
Nothing really. We had a little niggle on the rate we had paid but the staff were very helpful at addressing this. The area is a little down at heel too, but that really isn't the hotel's fault!
We didn't eat at the hotel as there are so many places nearby, but the restaurant looked nice, if a little expensive.

Friendly staff and great location
First room was small and dark but we were able to move to a better room.

Great location if you want to be near the Gare de Nord
The room was a decent size but because they had placed shelving and the mini fridge/bar at the end of the bed I had about 6 inches to sidle around the end of the bed. Even trickier in the middle of the night! We were told everything in the mini bar was free The minibar was empty. According to the front desk the mini bar should contain water coke and beer. The pillows were thin and inadequate.

hotel situation and coolness
once can see, the hotel is always full, staff and furniture needs to "receive a new paint"
