The property is amazing, especially the outdoor areas - great pool, sitting areas etc. The stable and horses also add to making this place special. Massive space yet very intimate. Service also very nice, most of them would address us by our name
I spent there 2 days for my mother’s birthday, that I informed them in advance of. We got a birthday card in the room at arrival, but no other gesture: no candle at the restaurant when dining (twice), no candle at the brunch, no room upgrade or any other gesture to make her feel special on her birthday. Service at the terrasse was very slow. Rooms quite average for the price point.

This hotel is the best hotel in Marrakech. Everything is perfect : wonderful design, comfortable rooms, beautiful gardens, horses, spa ( massage with Karim was fantastic) and service. The hotel did everything to make my Birthday unforgettable. It was my second time in this hotel , and I definitely will come back.
Nothing.
