Everything here met up with our expectation in overall. Their shuttle bus help us save a lot from train fee.
Also the restaurant was so nice. We had dinner there and my mother had some trouble with her meal (which was not restaurant's fault at all), the manager noticed that so he offered the big amount discount which made us feel bad and appreciated at the same time.
Some staff at the front seem to have no clue about open/close time of the restaurant that located inside their hotel.
The automatic machine for check-in could be hectic and confusing (Maybe I'm too dumb for this...)

The location is great! A few minutes walk from the station!

The hotel was amazing,it has a free shuttle bus to the airport and hotel,we had the breakfast option included in the price, this was a buffet breakfast and the choice of food was superb with everything hot, the staff were helpful and friendly, check in and check out was very easy, the room was clean and comfortable,i would certainly stay at this hotel again,it is very close to Rinku town train station so great for transport options into the city of Osaka.
Nothing.

It's close to the airpot for sure and it has a free shuttle to it. Also check in and check out are a breeze.
Staff really don't care about your experience and they all looked uninterested and you have to beg to get something out of them. Unfortunately won't be returning because of that.
