I liked everything about this hotel. Large rooms. Good size bathroom. Comfortable beds.Great service. Great restaurant. Lots of amenities.
Location could have been better with regards to being closer to the downtown area. Although the train station being close was an asset.

The morning shuttle bus to the airport was very convenient. The views from our room were amazing.
Also it’s very close to an outlet shopping centre, so very good shopping close by. And the weekday price for a room was really good value for money.

It is very close to KIX airport so it’s convenient. I was given a spacious twin room, even though I was a solo traveller. There is a convenience store on the second floor of the hotel, which was also very nice.
The building/facilities are a little old. When I checked into my room, I found a cockroach in my bathroom. Thankfully, the staff were happy to move me to a new room.
