Good location and helpful staff, good value for money
Room was right near recpetion, so it was noisy. Also the air con made strage noises, as did the toilet.

Hotel Touring has an excellent location in Rome near the central station with amazing connectivity (bus & metro) and plenty of good eateries nearby. For an extremely short stay, it is passably clean and quite budget-friendly for the city.
The rooms are really tiny, and the property feels more like a single residential floor hastily converted into a namesake hotel. Service was severely lacking; the staff were rude and dismissive, and they failed to provide basic toiletries (soap and shampoo for three people over two days), repeatedly claiming they simply didn't have any at the moment and responding without any apologies or dignified answer for the same request across multiple days.
Will not recommend unless you are on an extremely tight budget and willing to sacrifice everything else for the budget.
