Everything!! What a stunning property that is so much more beautiful in person than the photos. We had a jr suite grand canal room and in our 30 day trip of all of our hotels, this was our most beautiful room! We had not one, but two windows looking out to the canal with probably 20 foot ceilings, it was stunning! The property is small and elegant and so boutique and quiet. We loved it as if it was our own villa. The service was great! The staff was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again. For the money it would be hard to find a better room at a top hotel - you would not get this kind of room!
Maybe an outdoor space to sit and eat but honestly it didn't matter too much as it was hot!

Breakfast was very average. Had to pay for cereal and anything hot even an egg.
