Great location for exploring Carcassonne. It was a very clean hotel. The breakfast was really good and they staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was quite small.

The location was great and the breakfast was delicious but mainly it was the friendly and helpful staff who made the stay so nice! Very much recommended.

The location of the hotel was great. A 5minute walk and you were at the entrance to the medieval city
The staff were all very friendly. The room was adequate for our needs, we needed somewhere to use as a base to spend time exploring the magnificent city. The location was ideal.

24 hour helpful front desk. Great location, 5 minute walk to entrance of Carcassone Cite. Private parking. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Exceptional breakfast, very helpful breakfast staff. Clean.
There is very little to criticize; the first night the air condition did not work.
