Very nice location inside the city walls, comfortable room with nice view, friendly staff, pet friendly, and a nice breakfast.
The route du rhum village blocked the most direct entrance to the city from the train station for me since dogs were not allowed inside it (which I didn’t know in advance), therefore I had to walk back quite some way in order to detour around. This is not specific to the property, though would be great to add this information to the message with logistical info sent out about the route du rhum.

Great location in the old city. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Modern rooms, bathrooms.
Very small room.

Great location, modern and clean hotel with friendly staff.
The bed was really firm which unfortunately we did just not find comfortable. We visited at the end of July and our room was really warm, as there was no air con or a fan in the room it make it really uncomfortable to sleep in. The heat accompanied with the firm bed meant we didn’t get much sleep.
However, this could be personal preference and others may find the room very comfortable.
