I liked the beds, and they were made very well. I liked the location - close to the children's hospital. I liked the staff and it was overall a lovely stay.
I felt like the bathroom was very small and old fashioned.

Great location for work purposes
Entrance and lift very outdated. Felt quite unsafe stepping into the lift as it sounded quite rickety. Whole building needs repainting and the windows need a thorough clean.

Close proximity to the city while being in a quieter location. Close to public transport. Beds were comfortable and room was a good size. Breakfast was reasonable although there are many cafes in the area that serve a better breakfast.
I had stayed here before approximately 6 years ago. In that time the whole place has become significantly run down and is in dire need of renovation. Carpets are very shabby and worn , walls have large chips out of them in corridors. The window in our room did not stay open so couldn’t air the room which smelled stuffy. The bathroom was particularly shabby with the bath being badly scoured and the floor needed a good scrub. The windows need cleaning and general presentation needs attention.
