Nice welcome with onsite free parking. Food was lovely
Being above the pub in room 2 wasn’t great. Too noisy until the pub closed. I would ask for a different room if I stayed there again.

Nice old world pub, straight forward clean, comfortable value for money stay minutes from the Nec, M6, Birmingham Airport. Nice enough suite rooms, cozy bar area, good food (although being popular, some items not available Sunday evening as you might ecpect). Breakfast was great, with a wide choice too!
Website could state where carpark is (it's a shared site to the left as you look at the front of the pub) validate using screen in the pub for free parking to avoid paying/getting a fine! Enough spaces (in October), could fill up quick in summer/for popular NEC events.

Location very good
Property very tired. Room not very clean. Door frames dirty dust and cobwebs on walls. Bath enamel lifting , bathroom sink has plug stuck so unable to use. No choice on pillows so very hard. Room very hot as window only slightly opens. No fan in room. Breakfast absolutely appalling overcooked items and cold. Service extremely slow, general quality of food items very poor.
Glad it was only a one night stay
Very disappointed with the whole experience.
