Eau ne s écoule pas, vraiment très inconvénient pour continuer à ce préparer où il faut utiliser la baignoire qui n’a pas de protection. Vraiment dommage. Et les voisin qui fume de la drogue.

Rooms were generously spacious. Breakfast was excellent every day. But the location is the best thing about the hotel. Bang across the beach, walking distance from Bangla Road, Jungceylon Mall, BigC, eateries etc.
The hotel policy of taking 3000 Baht as security deposit per room was something I never experienced anywhere else. It was returned without any fuss at the end of our stay, but it is a tad distasteful.

The property was clean and spacious and the pools were beautiful. The staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were so spacious
The property was so big , that you had to walk a mile to find your room . And it felt clinical and anti social . So private with cameras everywhere. Didn’t actually get to meet or even see another person around . But if you like that , then good I suppose

Clean and modern
Reception staff a bit cold
I requested a late checkout because I had a late flight and I was hoping I could spend the afternoon in the hotel and received a quick no .with no offer of a courtesy room to have a shower later in the evening so I left and booked into a neighbouring hotel who allowed me to check in early and gave me a great rate for a short stay
Disappointed because the rest of the staff were very friendly
